Delivery policy

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped by post.

How reports are delivered

• As soon as payment is confirmed, your report is prepared, usually within a few minutes.
• You can download the PDF on screen, and it is e-mailed to you with a PDF receipt.
• The report stays in My reports in your account, to view or download again at any time.
• Agents receive their clients’ reports on the agent page and can download or e-mail them.

If it does not arrive

If your report is not ready within one hour of payment, or the e-mail does not arrive (please check the spam folder), choose Ask for help on the report page or write to support@jathakavani.in. We reply within one working day, and see the refund policy if the report cannot be delivered.

Where we serve

The service is available online in India and abroad. Prices are charged in Indian rupees.
