Terms of service

These terms apply when you use jathakavani.in and the Jathaka Vani app (together, “the service”). The service is run by Jathaka Vani Astro Solutions LLP, Vrindavan, Kanjoor P.O. - 683 575, Ernakulam (Dist.), Kerala, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a report, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We prepare astrological reports from the birth details you give: horoscopes in four packages, marriage matching and muhurtham. Reports are calculated by software and delivered as PDF files. Approved agents can buy reports for their clients at a discount through a prepaid wallet.

Your account

• You sign in with Google, Microsoft (Outlook), an e-mail link or a mobile number with OTP. Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give true and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
• When you enter another person’s birth details (a child, a proposed partner, an agent’s client), you confirm you have their permission or a legitimate reason to do so.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the website and before you pay. They are the full amount; no GST is charged at present.
• Payments are processed by licensed payment gateways. We do not see or store card numbers.
• We may change prices; a change never affects a report you have already paid for.

Use of reports

Reports are for your personal use, or for an agent’s clients. You may print and share your own report. You may not resell the service, copy the software, or use automated tools to extract reports or data.

Nature of astrology

Astrology is a traditional system of guidance. Reports describe tendencies and possibilities according to that tradition; they are not facts, guarantees or professional advice. Please read our disclaimer.

Our responsibility

We take care to make every report accurate according to the method we use, and we correct our mistakes (see the refund policy). To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attempt fraud, or harm other users or our systems.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction.
