Refund and cancellation policy

Reports are digital and made instantly from the details you confirm, so they cannot be returned like a physical product. We still want every customer to be treated fairly. This policy explains when we refund.

When you get a full refund

• Your payment succeeded but the report could not be made or delivered.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The report contains an error caused by us, and you prefer a refund to a corrected report.

When we correct instead

If a report has a mistake on our side, we first offer to correct it and regenerate it free of charge, usually within one working day.

When there is no refund

• The report was delivered correctly from the details you entered and confirmed in the free preview.
• The birth details you entered were wrong. In that case, ask us: we will often help with a corrected report at no or low cost.
• You disagree with an astrological prediction. Predictions follow the traditional method and are not guaranteed.

Agent wallet

Wallet recharges are used for agent reports. An unused balance can be refunded when an agent closes the account, on request.

How to ask

Open the report and choose Ask for help, or write to support@jathakavani.in within 7 days of payment, with the order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

An order that has not been paid can be left without any charge. Once a report is made, the order cannot be cancelled, but the rules above still apply.
